Refund policy

We have a 2-day return/refund policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your order to request a return/refund. Returns and Refunds are only considered for orders that are damaged or if we missed your order notes/instructions. If your order is not related to being damaged by our driver or missed order notes, unfortunately we will not refund or allow for a return of your order.

Incorrect order/damages
We advise that upon receiving you order you inspect it to check for and errors e.g missed order notes such as the color, message. Please also check if the order is not damaged upon receipt, our driver is advised to take pictures of your order upon delivery which will be sent to our team for record keeping. Unfortunately we will not be held responsible for any damaged orders collected by yourself or Uber/Bolt.

Refunds
In order to qualify for a discount the order needs to be returned to us within two days in it's original state and packaging. Failure to do so will result in us not issuing a refund. If your order is approved for a refund we will notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

Cancellations
Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received. We will keep the funds as available credit for you for future orders or we can convert your payment into a gift card. No cancellations will be refunded.
